P&C TREASURER NEEDED!

Are you great with numbers and keen to help our schools? Joondalup Schools P&C are looking for a volunteer to fill the role of Treasurer in 2023. Depending on activities the role is between 2-8 hours PER MONTH. Listed below is a description of the work and our existing treasurer will be available to take you through all systems and hand over a completely up to date record of accounts.

▪️Bookkeeping (recording of financial transactions) for one bank account via Tidy HQ software. As per WACSSO/audit requirements. Maintain digital folders of paperwork. 

▪️Paying invoices and reimbursements (as they arise) - via CommBank on a pc/laptop in the company of President.

▪️Authorising payments from accounts as they arise via CommBiz. Some are regular e.g. fortnightly wages.

▪️Bank cash after fundraising events when required. Withdraw cash for floats etc when required. 

▪️Prepare and deliver Treasurer Reports for P&C Meetings. Template already exists.

▪️P&C Meeting attendance - monthly.
