Christmas for me is about slowing down, spending time with loved ones, eating good food and making happy memories. Sometimes finding time for yourself during the festive season can be tricky, so I have attached a little “31 Days of Mental Health” with some ideas that you can use to just get a few minutes a day to be still. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Take care over the break.
