Abstract Wildflowers

The students in Rooms 14 and 15 used these lovely wildflowers. They used cardboard to scrape paint down the page, then painted on the flowers.

Acacia

The Students in Rooms 3 and 6 worked with clay to create a wall plaque. They rolled out a piece of clay into a slab and pressed sticks and leaves into the clay to create the branch. The acacia blossom was added using a quandong stone. Once the greenware was bisque fired the students used stain, underglaze and glaze to highlight the textures and add colour. The work was then fired again.

Fish from the Deep

The Year 5 students created amazing fish from clay. They started by creating two pinch pots and joining them together for the body. Fins and other features were then added. After the greenware was bisque fired the students used underglaze and glaze to add colour.
