Kaya families

We have had a fantastic few weeks at Joondalup Primary School.

P&C Day WA

This Friday 24 May is P&C Day WA. On behalf of the school community, I would like to celebrate the members of Joondalup Schools’ P&C Association for their tireless work. Over many years, numerous volunteers have given time, shared their enthusiasm for the school community and been committed to projects. Because of their efforts our students have been the beneficiaries in so many ways including improved playground spaces, literacy and mathematical resources, camp and swimming subsidies, choir t-shirts, and fully funded in-school performance. We are extremely grateful that we have such a strong P&C who give so much to make things possible.

Swimming lessons

Congratulations to all Pre-Primary, Year 1 and Year 2 children who participated in swimming lessons. The children had a wonderful time and some of them wished that swimming was "everyday".

Years 3 - 5 swimming lessons will be happening in Weeks 10 and 11, more information will be sent via Comapss soon.

Starlight Foundation Fundraiser - Friday 24 May

The school captains have organised a fundraising day for the Starlight Foundation. Children are encouraged to wear purple, gold or both, or come dressed in a superhero costume. Please bring a gold coin donation for the day.

Circus Themed Day - Friday 7 June

Don't forget to wear your brightest coloured clothes for our Circus Themed Day. This event is our celebration for achieving 100,000 Dojo points across the school. Each year group will have their own timeslot with circus instructors to experience juggling, acrobatics and tricks. We encourage everyone to get dressed up in free dress with a circus twist!
